Lisa Hall joined Capitol Advocacy in 2015 as the firm’s Controller, bringing over 20 years of experience in accounting and payroll. Within those duties, she also manages many aspects of human resources, including ensuring compliance with California employment law.
She brings invaluable knowledge and expertise with a hands-on approach to her responsibilities at the firm. Along with executing contracts with clients and vendors, she manages the financial accounts, healthcare open enrollment, payroll, and employee policies and procedures.
Prior to joining Capitol Advocacy, she held a range of roles in the world of finance and management, including 10 years of experience working with nonprofits. Lisa has a Bachelor of Science degree from California State University, Sacramento in Child Development/Social Work. She resides in Roseville with her husband Chris and their two children, Dylan and Kate.
