SACRAMENTO—Behind every great business are women leaders who are paving the way and Capitol Advocacy’s team of lobbyists is no different. We are proud of the fact that five of our eight lobbyists are women. Our three female partners, Margaret Gladstein, Jennifer Snyder, and Kristy Wiese, and lobbyists Lindsay Gullahorn and Jennifer Roe have nearly a century of combined experience in California politics. Today we celebrate them as leaders, mentors, mothers, daughters, and friends.
Margaret Gladstein, one of Sacramento’s premier lobbyists on privacy and data security issues, has over 25 years of political and public policy experience. An avid golfer, Margaret has enjoyed the extra time on the course during the pandemic. A mentor with the She Shares Mentorship Program, Margaret is an inspiration to the next generation of women in politics.
Jennifer Snyder, one the top lobbyists in the health care arena, has over 25 years of policy development, community relations, and advocacy experience. Aside from politics, Jennifer enjoys biking and running around Folsom Lake and volunteers with Meals on Wheels in her local community.
Kristy Wiese, an expert in policy impacting the healthcare delivery system, also has over 25 years of experience in both public and private interests. She serves on the Board of Directors for Fairytale Town, a commitment that reflects her passion for the organization’s mission of promoting the imagination, creativity and education of children. Kristy also serves on the Board of the Friends of the Crisis Nurseries, an auxiliary of the Sacramento Children’s Home.
Lindsay Gullahorn brings over a decade of political, legislative, and policy experience to the firm. She has successfully advocated for clients on privacy, financial services, and health care related policies. An avid runner, Lindsay routinely places in Northern California half marathon races.
Jennifer Roe brings nearly a decade of policy and communications expertise to the firm, advocating on behalf of clients in the restaurant, retail, telecommunications, manufacturing, and law enforcement industries. Also a mentor with the She Shares Mentors.
