OUR TEAM: CHARISSA LOTT
Charissa Lott brings considerable legislative, political and client communication experience to Capitol Advocacy, where she handles legislative tracking, research and coordination of political activities for many of the firm’s clients.
Charissa ensures that Capitol Advocacy lobbyists operate in compliance with regulations enforced by the California Fair Political Practices Commission and provides related assistance to clients. She coordinates all legislative filings required by the FPPC and California Secretary of State.
Prior to joining Capitol Advocacy, Charissa worked in a similar capacity at another Sacramento-based lobbying firm; she also previously served as a legislative assistant in the State Capitol.
Charissa has a degree in communication studies from California State University, Sacramento. She resides in Roseville with her husband Robert and their two children, Madison and Tyler.
